Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to pack and post an order by the next working day. Most orders will be packed and processed in the morning, ready for afternoon despatch. For smaller packages we use First Class Royal Mail which should be delivered next working day, for larger or heavier items we use various couriers which can take up to three working days to arrive.
We hold most items we sell in stock. If there is likely to be a delay in delivery, for whatever reason, we will contact you to explain why.
If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us as soon as you can. If you are asked to sign for a damaged parcel, please ask the postman to indicate on the piece of paper (or handheld device) what state the parcel is in, in the unlikely event they refuse, please let us know as soon as possible.
Once we have despatched your order, we will email you a confirmation. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from this point please let us know. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Post and packaging is FREE.
Outside the UK
This website does not usually accept international orders because of the
variation in cost to different countries per item. However if there is something in particular you would like please contact us via email and we will see what we can do.
